Dear all good afternoon,
I am new to this forum and looking an advice from all of gurus and experts. I will try to explain my situation as much as i can.
I have just finished my master (Msc Advanced Biomedical Science) after 3 yrs Bachelor (BSc Applied Biomedical Science). Now i wanted to do another related MSC from Jan 2018, which is 18 month course. But the college has denied to give CAS because this is going to exceed the time limit to be spent on degree level.
I already spent 4 yr 5 month during this visas and i was told that maximum stay is upto 5yr 11 month only because i have done 3 yr bachelor. Although i couldn't get 18 month study CAS letter on january , college has offerd me similar subject (12 month) duration which will start from september 2018. Which is still falls under time limit and i was told that i am elligible for that. But my problem is , visa expires 1st of january 2018 and course will start from september 2018 only. I will be with no visa for about 8 month period. I am really wanting to do this course but doesn't want to go back home country and apply again. Please please suggest me the best ways so i can stay in Uk legally during this period.
Here i have written my staying times during degree level.
BSc : 07/09/13 to 27/09/16 = 3 yr 21 days
MSc: 06/09/16 to 08/01/18 = 1 yr 4 month 3 days
Time already spent = 4 yr 5 month.
Proposed MSc : 03/01/18 to 21/06/19 + 4 month = 1 yr 10 month.
Hence , 4 month going to be over the time limit, i wasn't given CAS.
Some of friend suggested me to apply FLR on January while waiting for the course to start on september. I really need advice on this situation because i really don't have that much money to spend on solicitors and for useless ideas.
Also i dont want to loose the chance of getting PR on 2019 sept, when this will be 10 yrs time spent in UK. I came in UK 0n 2009 sept as a student, studied 2 yr hnd and 2 yr PSW. Also i have a child born in uk (2012 march), who is 5 yr 6 month old now.
I hope my situation has been cleared to you and no been annoyed.
Your suggestions are heartly welcomed.
Many thanks in advance.
Kedar.
