Job offer after RLMT

Post by shandar13 » Mon Oct 30, 2017 2:41 pm

Hello,

My potential future employer is conducting RLMT currently, it is a large bank and they are very cautious about everything.

I wonder when they will be in a safe position of giving me a job offer? After CoS assigned? The CoS will be unrestricted.

Please share your thoughts, I cannot find an answer anywhere.

Thank you!

So you've been pre-selected?

What makes you assume better candidates won't be interviewed and offered the role?

Nothing. I do understand other candidate can get the role. I am asking theoretically - in case, they will pick myself.

Thanks!

CoS is assigned to the successful candidate. If that is you, this can only happen after the full and proper RLMT has been conducted and there is no settled/British/EU citizen suitable for the job.
