Post by adilzia » Wed Nov 01, 2017 2:16 am

Hello members

Recently i Got my Tier 1 Extension approved 26 Oct 2017

Initial application approved 25 March 2014

As i know that I can apply ILR end of Feb 2019
Can i sit LIUK test now ?
I have already given points for english test in 1st application and extension.(City & Guilds)
and it is not in approved list any more.Do i need to sit english exam again ? like for ielts or trinity ?
Or
will i get points automatically like i got in extension ?

2nd question

My wife came here in Uk as my dependant in May 2015
she will be eligible for ILR in May 2020.
Which form she needs to complete when i will apply for ILR ??

Please help zimba and CRooo1 and others

Not sure, possibly you can use it. Wait for others to respond.

Yes, 5 years (minus 28 days) from date she entered the UK. She would complete Set(O). She needs to meet the English and LIUK requirement.
