Please suggest Iam eligible for ILR or Tier2-General ,As I have stayed in UK for more than 5 years since 2009 with same employer & same visa category Tier2-ICT,Can I apply ILR or I can switch employer within UK or I can apply Tier2 general within UK now? is the visa Gap does matter here?

Out of UK from 26-Feb-2011 to 15-Jan-2013 & new visa issued from India
I stayed in UK from 16-Jan-2013 to 15-Dec-2015
Out of UK from 16-Dec-2015 to 14-Oct-2017 & new issued from India

What are the start and expiry dates of each visa you have held?

What category of ICT visa exactly do you hold?
Out of UK from 26-Feb-2011 to 15-Jan-2013 & new visa issued from India
Out of UK from 16-Dec-2015 to 14-Oct-2017 & new issued from India
Any absence from the UK for 180 days or more breaks your continuity of residence.
Applications outside the UK are not 'extensions' but new entry clearance visas.
