Complex Letter Time Scale

i just wanted to know if there is a timescale of the complex Letter when you lodge ur application ?

No everyone gets a 'complex letter' and each application is processed based on it's own merits. We also don't need a topic on this, which will inevitably become difficult to moderate and veer off onto other issues.
