ILR rejected - HO is asking for my child's birth certificate and passport photographs.

Post by Whymenow » Thu Nov 02, 2017 9:12 pm

Hi Everyone,
Please help me. I've been through hell with HO. After rejecting my ILR application and judicial review, they have written me to ask for my child's birth certificate and passport photographs.

Has anyone received a similar request and does anyone know why they will be asking for that information?

My little one was 3 months old when they rejected my application and she's 14months now.

Kindly advice.
Thanking everyone in advance.

What is your UK immigration history?

On what basis have you applied for ILR?

Hi Char, thank you for your time. I've been a dependant on my husband for 4 years but have lived legally in the UK foe 7 years and he has been here legally for 9years. He was on on the entrepreneur route. When they rejected his application I lost my legal residency as well. So it was his ILR that was rejected.
Happy to answer any more questions.
