Tier 2 Dependent documents for out of country application

Hi. Good day. I would just like to ask if anybody knows how to start with the process for the dependent visa of tier 2 visa holder. I am working kn a uk as a nurse and i just recently got married last week.my husband is in the philippines.imdoes anyone knows how and where to start with.your help will be highly appreciated.thank u so much
