Hi Im asking if I have to fill both online and paper flr together or I only choose one method
Second do I have to write in capital letters even when it comes to additional information sometimes is not enough

Either online OR paper, not both.

Whichever way you 'write' it must be legible if by hand.

Black ink, CAP / block letters on the form, if space is not enough for add. info. write / type on separate sheets of paper and, write on the form "please refer to cover letter or statement for additional information"
