What was the basis or circumstances that lead to you filing for the JR?

Thanks moderator,
It had to with my t1 entrepreneur application that got refused and I had no right of appeal and I went for JR and was granted permission but unfortunately I lost the case at d hearing. And after 10months am sent this massive bill and I have no means of paying right now so am asking for advice on how to negotiate with the government legal department on the bill.

I have no one representing me , I parted ways with d solicitors after the JR.

Pls argent advice needed.

Why was your Tier 1 Ent refused? Was it an in country application or from abroad?

Did you not have the option of Administrative Review??

It is normal practice for you to have to pay HO's costs if you lose.

It’s an in country JR, hence am not working right now and I got with kids is there no way I can negotiate on payments with them. Pls any advice s is appreciated . I know from reading some of the posts that some people have done JR before. I have already spoken to them and explained my situation but they haven’t given me any concrete reply yet. Am just trying to see if any one have been through this situation before and how they handled it.

Pls I need any helpful advice.

As you don't appear to want to share the reason for refusal, then we must assume that the refusal was valid and that JR would always likely have failed.

You also don't state if you availed of the AR procedure or not.

Your solicitor should have explained to you that you will be liable for HO's legal costs if you lose.
