Hi,
I have twice applied for my aunt from Pakistan to visit the UK. The last time was in 2015 and has been refused again recently.
The visa was denied on the following basis:
You have provided your personal bank account however noted a large cash deposits over the reporting period which are not commensurate with your stated income. The documents presented do not show where this money came from therefore I am not satisfied that these fund are genuinely available to you or that balance indicated by your bank statement is an accurate reflection of your usual finance.
The documents do not support how you are supported in Pakistan or how you meet living costs
I note that you are relying on funds from your niece in order to meet the costs associated with the visit this suggest you do not have finds of your own.
It also states there is no right of appeal or right to administrative review. Last time we did appeal and this was refused.
However my aunt did show how income was made from rental property and her husband income from shops they run. I also stated I would fund my aunts visit and take full responsibility because last time they rejected the application it had something about supporting herself here and the advice I got during the application process this time was to say that I would support my aunt because I have a good wage and own my own home outright. My aunt had no other direct relatives in UK apart from me and my mum. My aunt’s entire family her husband and all her children are in Pakistan. I don’t understand what more she can provide to satisfy the Home Office because each time they are giving different reasons.
They also state that she has no right of appeal.
Its so annoying because my cousins have applied for their relatives to join them and they do not have the income my aunt has and she is rejected.
please can someone advise. Also why does she have no right of appeal.
