10 years long Residency

Hi,

I recently applied for 10 years long residency permenant visa, but home office asking for more documents regarding my Tier 1 general visa. Eg: I was self employed/ how did I submit my tax return and how much/ nature of the business etc? I didn’t Fully declared my tax return I just wondering if you guys can help me out plz, I based in north west could please advise on my current issue.

If you did not declare the same income to HO and HMRC, and pay your tax, then you have a problem.

Search the forum, many tales of woe from Tier 1 General migrants who have been refused ILR due to tax issues and discrepancies in declared income to HO and HMRC.
