Tier 2 Visa Extension within UK

Hi All,

I'm on tier 2 General visa along with my wife as a dependant. We would be completing 3 years in January, We have to go for visa extension at the end of January, I have few queries in general regarding extension, I'm new to this forum, any feedback would be very helpful

1. My current annual income is 27k, my employer is ok to increase my salary upto 37k for the next extension, would there be any problem if there is a sudden increase of 10k in sal?
2. I'm willing to extend my visa with the same employer, how long does it take for them to generate new cos?
3. My company has A rating, is this sufficient enough for them to provide a letter for dependant maintenance?

1. What salary does the SOC state? A huge salary increase of £10,000 will almost certainly raise a red flag with HO. Why such a sudden large increase???

2. Depends if they have CoS allocation and if they are prepared to pay for priority.

3. Probably.

1. SOC Code: 2139. As of know for ILR the required salary is 35k so we thought it would be good to have 35k.
