Is there any service called super premium ?

Hi all ,

I have a question if someone can answer please . I'm planning to apply for ILR on 10 year basis next month on premium service . But , form this forum I found that Peo centres holding the application for further enquiries. I'm switching from T1E . So I am worried about it , even though my case is straight forward , no complications . Someone told me a there is a super premium service ? What's that for ? Will we get quick response from that ?
