Spouse visa - income missed by £100

Post by Gunner4ever » Fri Nov 10, 2017 1:54 pm

Hi,

I am currently in a full time role and I am hoping to marry someone I met abroad.

When we apply for a visa I am worried that I might not meet the minimum income regulation as I am currently earning £18,500 a year so i am missing the income from employment before tax and National Insurance rule by £100. How much would that affect my application?

Thank you in advance for all your assistance.

Kind regards
Gunner4ever

It will be refused for failing to meet the minimum financial requirement.
