I am going to apply for spouse visa extension next month being a dependant/spouse of a British citizen. I have couple of questions please help me on these.
1. Is the below in link the latest version of spouse visa extension form after initial grant of 2.5 years. YES
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... -04-17.pdf
2. when I book premium service appointment, do I have to pay the application fee as well on the top of premium service fee (which is around £590) OR I can pay the application fee when I physically go to the premium service centre? In other words Do I need to pay full fee 590 + 993 = 1583 at the time of booking of premium service appointment? All fees must be paid prior to the appointment, including the £500 IHS Surcharge.

28 days as the sponsor receives original statements by post every month

e. SUO7 Declaration form Not required.

sorry to bother you again dear members.
1. Is there any funds maintenance requirement for FLRm visa for my spouse? Not a requirement.
2. I am British and I am claiming child benefit for my two British kids on my name and also WE are claiming child tax credits on our JOINT names, will it affect my spouse FLRM application ? No, as you are claiming correctly.
Thanks

I guess that fine/penalty which you paid straightaway won't cause any issue because no bailiffs/court was involved in recovering that.ms1234 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2017 10:12 amHi there,
just realised that I had got one fine or penalty notice from city council for putting extra rubbish in our alleyways (Had to put extra rubbish on floor as bins were already full)
So I paid that fine which was around 50 pounds.I was not called in court etc. I just paid that fine straight away.
now I do not have details of that fine and I don't know the exact date of that notice.
Do I have to mention this fine/penalty notice in criminal convection part of the personal history section in the FLR(M) application form. Or I can leave it blank?
please advise as I am going to submit my application next week.
