Property survey for spouse immigration

Hi,

I have two questions about housing. I live in a rented house and I want to sponsor my wife.

1. We will submit application in third week of Jan 2018 and my rental agreement is up for renewal in third week of March. What kind of problems can this cause with the application and how to address them? I intend to live in this property when rental agreement renews.

2. How old can the property survey be for it to be acceptable for the application?
