Is RLMT Exemption still valid on a 2nd time Application

Post by AKANTONY » Tue Nov 14, 2017 2:42 pm

Hi ,
My Tier 2 Extn application is refused on the background for not meeting appropriate salary. My Visa already expired on 19th Sep 2017. If my employer issues me a new COS. Am I still eligible to put exempted from RLMT?

Kind Regards
Arun

Hi Naveen,
My Tier 2 Visa expired on 19/09/2017 and I submitted extn application on 17/09/2017. Refusal letter received on 13/11/2017 and the decision date on it is 09/11/2017.

Kind Regards
Arun
