Section 4 Dependent Children

Post by marlebree » Wed Nov 15, 2017 9:40 pm

Hi admins,

Apologies if I'm posting on the wrong section. I am applying for my spouse visa extension on a 5-year route. I can't seem to find any related topics to my question. Anyway, on Section 4, I'm not really sure what to put on the following questions:
f) Nationality (including if
they have a dual passport)
g) Passport, national
identity card or travel
document number

I gave birth to my daughter back in the Philippines so she's got a Philippine Passport, since her father is a british citizen, she was able to get a British Passport which she used to come over here in UK after 1 year of staying in the Philippines. My question is, what am I gonna put as her nationality? Because she's got two different passports, does that mean that she's a dual citizen by birth? I hope someone can help me sort this out. My appointment will be next month. Thank you and all the best!

Yes, she is a dual national.

Simply write both nationalities and both passport numbers.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
