My ICT long-term Visa is due to expire coming February, Could you please advice on the possibility of extension, if not the possibility of new visa types that I qualify to apply from offshore- India. My previous/existing visa details are

1. ICT Short term (Jan-2012 to Jan-2013) – 1 year
2. ICT Long term (Jan-2013 to Feb-2015, extended until mid of Feb-2018 ) – 5 year

You won't qualify for any work visas like Tier 2 General as you will be subject to the 12 month cooling off period.

Based on the below, you cannot extend your current visa either.
How long you can stay
You can come to the UK with a Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) visa for up to the maximum stay allowed for your visa type, or the time given on your certificate of sponsorship plus one month, whichever is shorter.

The maximum stay for each type of Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) visa is:

Long-term Staff (if you earn more than £120,000 a year): 9 years
Long-term Staff (if you earn less than £120,000 a year): 5 years, 1 month
Graduate Trainee: 12 months
Short-term Staff: 12 months
Unless you qualify for another PBS category visa or your spouse (if you have one) qualifies for a Tier 2 General and you switch to dependent, then I don't believe there is anything else you could apply for.
