I am new to this forum and this is my first post. I am interested in moving to the UK and the only feasible options i know of is to migrate via Tier 1 General Entrepreneur visa. I have the following queries on the same for which i need your expert guidance :

1. What are the type of businesses accepted as part of Tier 1 visa. Are franchisees food chain outlets such Sub way, Dominos etc accepted business for this visa.
2. Is there any prior business experience required for this visa .
3. What are the chances of success .

1. Most businesses are allowed. Main exceptions are property management & development. Franchises are fine.
2. No requirement for prior business experience however HO does try to evaluate if you are genuine and can deliver on your business plan.
3. If you are a genuine entrepreneur and provide all the correct documentation the chances are very high. It is a points based system !!
