Query regarding travel from and to uk when visa is about to expire in 1-2 months

Hi
I am on a tier 2 ICT visa which is about to expire on Jan 28th 2018. Can I travel out of UK and return on Dec 26th 2017 or would it be an issue because of the time left for visa expiry?

Please clarify above query.
