Can you work part-time ( or 20 hours of extra work as permitted in visa per week) during curtailment period in uk?

If you are no longer working for your tier 2 sponsor then no, you cannot work at all in any capacity.

The 20 hours supplementary employment is conditional on your still working full time for your sponsor.
