Hi there, I came in uk in2009 as a student. Now I have tier2 visa from april2015 which is going to expire in April 2018 and my employer is not ready to extend my visa. I have my spouse and 4 years old child living with me. And I need 1 and half year visa to complete 10 years route please advise how I can get there?

Find another Tier 2 General sponsor or other visa you might qualify for (tier 1 Ent, Tier 4 etc)??

What exactly do you mean by this? I hope you are not suggesting 'contracting' through an third party, agency or similar??
