Please could you assist me?
My nephew (19 yrs) had applied from Uganda to settle with me in the UK due to speech impairment condition in order to attend therapy in which I can monitor closely. I emailed Speech Therapy service in the UK and explained my nephew's condition and the Therapist advised that they need to assess him when he arrives. But he has been refused an entrance clearance. The reason is as follows:
"You state that you have a speech impirement however in looking at your application, I have assessed whether there are any serious and compelling family or other considerations which make your exclusion undesirable and that suitable arrangements have been made of your care. In light of the above, I find that there are none. I therefore refuse your application under 297 (i)(f), article 8 of ECHR"
We are now left with 8 days to appeal. Your assistance to make this statement clear will be appreciated. Also if you know the type of document that would be acceptable to support this case, could you please tell me.
