Unfortunately the time with T1E route can’t combine with other route for 5 years settlement.

I have checked the tier 2 settlement guidance .
Length of time in the United Kingdom needed to qualify
253. You most recent grant of leave must have been under tier 2. The continuous 5 year can include leave you previously held as tier 1 entrepreneurs migrant
Can you let me know where you have seen

@hiuk77777 sorry update : Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur can’t qualify the continuous residency for Tier 2’s 5 years settlement. You gave me impression that you held Tier 1 graduate entrepreneur visa as you mentioned somewhere your 50k investment. If I am wrong then sorry for this.
T1E’s residency is countable for T2 general 5yrs settlement.

Yes, you can. Time spent under Tier 1E counts towards ILR under Tier 2 general.

For this category the answer is YES. But you will need to earn £35000 p.a. As another condition.

Thanks Zimba88
But my tier 1 extension has been rejected after one year . I will go AR first and then apply fresh application.
Will the one year pending time under tier 1 even mine is rejected.
Thanks

Yes, I know but I have to prepare as back up. I really don't want to give up tier 1 as I am really invested quite a lot but my rejection is based on interview including one dormant company contract. I have provided the message and email communication between us to them. They still not believe. The company only have face book and twitter no own website. I don't know is there anything I can explain next time unless the company is active again. But it's definitely out of my control.

Until you do not become an overstayer (as long as you have section 3C), your status remains as Tier 1E migrant
