planing to apply for ILR LR(3c confusion)

Hello Dear Members ,
this forum is really helpful getting always useful information.
my T1 entr application is in process i want to vary to ILR LR but i have a issue regarding 3c continuation end or not? i submitted online Tier 4 student application in 2nd sep 2013 psw visa was expiring 2nd sep 2013 means same day.fees was deducted same time but unfortunately i lost some important documents and change of circumstances i applied for T1 Entre on 16 Oct 2013 and UKV1 sent a letter which application i want to carry on and replied to withdraw my Tier 4 Application and T1 Entr application was consider and i got Tier 1 Entr visa.
please if anyone can tell me about that my continues or broken?

Note! i requested SAR CID showing Tier 4 application was withdrawn.but i still worried plz members give your honest opinion thank you.
