- On AN form application for question 1.1 Please give any reference numbers used in your immigration applications. where can I find this reference number? is it mandatory?
Your ILR BRP card number (top right hand corner of the card).
- On payment slip (application fee slip) what should I fill in for HO ref: ?
Leave blank
- the application fee is £1282?
Yes.
- Should I include self addressed envelope with the application?
If you wish to.
- Lastly is the following address where I should be posting my application?
UKVI
Department 1
The Capital
New Hall Place
Liverpool
L3 9PP
Yes. But, why don't you apply through NCS at the council. They charge a small fee for the service, check your form and copy all your documents and give you the originals back. You can also apply for citizenship and British passport at the same time if you use NCS.
thank you so much for the super quick response.
I have paid a OISC rep fee but they are not very helpful this time. but our focus is now to get this form submitted asap.
For my Husband's application 1.1 was filled by a number which is not what i see on the BRP card. The OISC rep did not fill in a number on my application under 1.1 so we did ask but they said they can't find the number for mine and it should be same as my husbands as both applications are linked. However they advised to leave it blank.
Secondly we need to include our passport and brp with the applications, right?
thanks again
