Tier 2 Premium Interview

Hello,

My friend has a premium appointment booked for his Tier 2 visa application on Thursday. I was just wondering if HO interviews Tier 2 premium applicants on the same day, if they decide to do so. Or do they give notice to come for another day, because my friend would like to take his lawyer with him to the interview, just in case, if they decide to do so.
