Qualifying period after granted 2x3 discretionary leave to remain

Hello can anyone help me I was granted discretionary leave to remain for 3 years on the 10/01/2012 and second leave was granted on the 12/02/2015 when is the qualifying period of 28 days. If I want to go in for same day service.

No sooner than within 28 days before reaching 6 years since the first DLR issue date.
