Process of FLR application - premium service

Post by littlebuns » Tue Nov 21, 2017 5:48 pm

Could someone share the process of how to make the FLR application? I have the following questions:

- Is the online application linked to booking premium service?
- Will I be able to change the contents on my application after booking the premium service?
- Can I print out application form and fill it in instead of submitting an online application? if so, how do I book the premium service?
- at which point do I pay for IHS surcharge and how?

Thank you

Not entirely. You can book the appointment on its own. See link below.

- Will I be able to change the contents on my application after booking the premium service?
My understanding is that you are not able to go back but I stand corrected. Once submitted you cannot change it.
- Can I print out application form and fill it in instead of submitting an online application? if so, how do I book the premium service?
No, if you use the online form you have to complete it online. You can book the appointment on its own and apply by completing the paper form. See link below.

- at which point do I pay for IHS surcharge and how?
If you use the online form, it is part of the process. If you only book the appointment online and complete the paper form, you need to pay the IHS on the IHS website so you get the reference number. See link below.

Thank you

Can I just ask, if I go for paper form application + premium service, how do I make those payments?
i.e. Do I just pay for premium service £500 when I make the booking, and then put my credit card details on page 7 of application form for the £993 application fee, and then submit the application in person???

You pay IHS on the IHS website, link already provided.

You pay the visa fee when you make the appointment booking, link already provided.

Thank you CR001, just want to clarify, I need to pay the £993+ £500 booking fee at the same time when making booking for premium service? so i just leave page 7 of application form EMPTY because I would have paid already? Thanks!

It is £993 + £590 booking fee PLUS separately the £500 immigration health surcharge.

Leave payment page blank.

Hi,

I need some advice please.

My partner is here on a fiancé visa and in a few weeks. We have paid for a premium service and paid for the IHS surcharge.

Do We fill the application form online or do we print a paper copy and take it with us on the day ??

Also do we need to take 2 folders, one with originals and one with photocopies??
