Premium Tier-2 General application went on Hold

Hi,

I m on tier 2 general and my current sponsor got Suspended since March 2017, I found an new sponsor and they assigned COS after completing proper RLMT process with Same SOC code 2136, but with different salary Current one is £38,000 and old one is £36,000.

I went to Visa appointment for premium service in liverpool after 2 hours, the case worker called me and said, your application is valid but we need to more information from your employer. which we can't get from you. and gave me the letter- which states '' Application is valid, we need to do further enquirers that need to be made on your case blah blah..... "


Immediately after sometime, my employer got a call from UKBA that we are coming to your company tomorrow to do some checks.


I'm totally worried now, my ILR is due in next 2 months and I came as a student in this country and already finished 9 years. at this last stage, this is happening.

any ideas on this application or any other suggestions would be greatly helpful.

I got a call from my employer saying, they came for normal auditing and they didn't ask anything about me.

and they also mentioned, that my visa went on hold. due to this audit pending.

I have got an question on this.

do my employer know already about this visit?

How long will take a get a result for my application? my employer mentioned I should get reply with in 5 working days

It is not an 'investigation', your post here is identical to the other one, posting from the same IPs and similar name email prefix. Members offer their time for free and it is unfair for members to post the same queries under mulitiple usernames to get multiple responses.

Posts and user accounts are not deleted.

If you have 2 months remaining for ILR under 10years rule,don't worry
there are many things you can do about it, just find a good solicitor

My application is also on hold from 1st Nov. Case Handler requested some information via email which new sponsor replied within 1 week but did not hear anything back from HO yet

Yes AnilLK,

If there is a processing visa application during an audit, it will be put on hold. So in that case the employer is correct. These days it is very very common.

It is normal that they carry out visits to make sure the companies are using the license properly! So the employer know that these visits can be at anytime. But most likely when there is an application submission and when they need to make sure the application / vacancy is genuine. One another reason is if they grant you the tier 2 visa at this point, clearly the ILR is there. So they are not giving this easily as we all know.

The results on YOUR APPLICATION depends on the results of THE AUDIT. If there is nothing to worry, they will process this asap. But if they found anything unusual, any term breaches during their audit, it make take long. This will lead to a suspension of the license and till that thing gets sorted, your application will not get processed!

Hi Anil,

if they are happy with the audit and tier 2 rating is maintained. you should get your approval within a month after the result of your audit.
