Graduate Tier -1 after Ph.D and PSW

Hi,

I was on PSW from 2011 - 2013. I am going to do my Ph.D now. Will I be able to apply for graduate entrepreneur's visa with 50K access when finishing the course?
I have read it is not possible after having stay on PSW. I was issued PSW after my master degree. Will this affect graduate entrepreneur's visa ?

You can't switch from PSW to T1E unless you have already been in business for a while.
But you can switch from T4 to T1E if you meet certain criteria as outlined in the guidance https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... trepreneur
Assuming you have a T4 Visa, your previous PSW is not a disqualification.

I think you are able to switch to Tier 1 Entrepreneur, but you can't switch to Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur due to the your PSW
