Scehgen Visa

Hi,
I am a British citizen , my wife is Pakistani national arrived here in UK Jan-2017 on spouse visa. We are planing to go to either France or Spain for 2-3 days in Jan-2018. I was wondering if my wife needs Shengen visa.
Please help.
