I was absent on my final exam as I wasn’t well
Had met with an small accident
I had told to submit medical report .
As I went to hospital After two days of my incident
I forgot to get my medical report
I then requested hospital to give a report( mc)
I was supposed to give on 3
I gave it on 5th
By putting up 3 date on it
As they assumed that was fake
I got curtailed

Difficult to understand clearly what you are saying. But did you change the date on your medical evidence you submitted to the university??

That would be deception/fraud and misrepresenting facts.

If the university informed HO of this, there will be a record of it and your history will be checked if you make a new application.

You altered an official medical certificate document issued by a Doctor. Yes, it will be seen as bad quality.

Makes no difference which university you apply to, your curtailment will be on record with UKVI after the university informed HO that you are no longer sponsored and UKVI/HO will see it and scrutinise your new application.

I can't tell you if your application will be ok or not. No one can make that guess. You will only know if you apply.

They just sent a withdrawal request of sponsorship

This was told by uni itself to me
And I even called up immigration to ask about this
They told me you can make new application if you want to study again in different university

Recently ,ad now am studying diploma in civil engineering
I thought of applying for top up degree to final year in uk

There is no point in doing anything until you know the university has agreed to issue a CAS, and that is purely their decision, nothing a lawyer can help with or influence.

You will need to give the potential sponsor your full previous history, and your previous curtailment and the facts around it may well be a factor in their decision of whether to sponsor you.

Needless to say, this time you need to be fully honest with both the sponsor and (if they sponsor you) the Tier 4 application.

A CAS does not mean your visa application will be successful. There have been many student visa refusals in the last couple of months.
