Europe accept asylum seekers from uk

Hi,
I applied asylum in uk and they refused it twice in 7 years. Is there any law or way to go third country (EU) from 2nd instead of going from home country.
My brother is Swiss national.can he help us regarding to enter in EU or in Swiss?
Kindly let me know. I have my family with me in uk.
Situation is very worst.

If your brother is in Switzerland, you would need to follow the Swiss immigration rules and NOT the EU family member rules.

For EU route applications, If you are not able to prove dependency on your brother before entering the EU state, you are unlikely to be successful.
