ILR payment confusion

Hello everyone ; I am due to apply for ILR through 6 years discretionary leave .I want to pay by debit card.Does anyone know approximately how long it takes for home office to take out money from the account .Thank you in advance .

It can take a week or two, sometimes a bit longer depending on how busy they are.
