can ICT-LT dependent work?

Dear members,

1) I am surendar from india. I came to UK on ICT-LT(tier 2) visa. can my wife work as dependent.
what is the process for dependent to get to work?

2) Tier -2 COS is given for 2 years. But my visa is 3 year visa.
After 2 years, do I need to travel back to India to get COS extension for 1 more year or I can do cos extension from here itself for last year.

what is the process for dependent to get to work?

Yes she can work for any company. If she has a restriction on her visa, then that is the only work she cannot do, i.e. no work as a doctor or dentist in training. She needs an NI number to start working and a bank account. She will then need to find a job, apply and follow the usual process or get in touch with employment agencies.
