Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General

HI,
Currently I am working on Tier 2 ICT long term, visa stamped on April 2017. I recently got job offer in Uk Company to sponsor T2G. I have 2 question

1) Whether I'm eligible to switch the VISA ICT to General from UK or Home country India.
2) If not please let me know the other options.

1. No you cannot. You need to serve 12 months cooling off period. What is the salary the new sponsor is offering you?

2. If you have a dependent, see if they can get a sponsor for a Tier 2 and you become dependent for 12 months.

They are offering 45k

12 month cooling off will apply to you for you to come back on tier 2 general.
