Successful Tier 2 Extension

Hi All,

Hope everyone doing great.
I would like to thanks everyone who are contributing to this group and spending their valuable time replying everybody's queries. Without their help, it's not possible.

I am really happy to be part of this group. I clarified all my queries before submitting my application.
My Tier 2 visa extension is approved within 8 weeks (took 7 weeks 2 days) and I have received my BRP too.

If anyone has any query on Tier 2 extension, feel free to ask. I will try to answer.

That's great news. Can you tell me if you got your passport and BRPs at the same time? Did you get any letters from UK Visa mentioning your application is successful beforehand?Thanks

Hi RuwanP, Passports and approval letters were delivered on the same day using Royalmail special delivery service which I opted. BRP was delivered on the next day. Hope that helps.

When you applied for your tier 2 extension, did you have to prove the points for English language using the NARIC accreditation or did you choose a different option please ?

Could you please throw some light on the English points please.

No, I did not submit any.
If it's an extension to your Tier 2(G) application,
1. You do not need to prove you meet the required level of English
2. You do not need to prove maintenance

Salary hike depends on company to company and based on employee's performance too.
So salary hike was there indeed. May I know why did you ask this question ?
