Tier 2 dependent visa mandatory on switching employer?

Hi All,
I am currently holding tier 2 (General) visa recently 9 months ago I have changed my sponsorship and that time I have changed my wife and daughter's visa and we all got a 3 year extension now this month again I changed sponsorship and do I need to change again my wife and daughter's visa? And also next year (around 12 months) I am eligible for ILR
