HELP!!! UK SPOUSE VISA FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS

Post by LONDON4200 » Wed Nov 29, 2017 10:56 pm

I am confused and I need help, my P60 2016-2017 says that my annual salary is 23.000 so it s over the 18.600 that they ask for. my problem is on my payslips , my basic salary is 782 and with the overtime is always over a 1300 a month. ive been with the job for 8 years? can i apply under category A and submitting 12 payslips with the latest p60 that shows that i can meet the financial requirements.??

thank you

Under category A, the accumulation of your 6 months wages from the application time must be at least £9300 or £1550 per month (couple without child).

Under category B, £18600 must have been earned in the last 12 months from application date and plus the accumulation of last 6 months wages should be around £9300.

In either cases the shortfall can be covered through saving/spouse income/rental income.
