will I get Tier2 VISA - while having valid Business VISA

Dear Members

I have a valid business visa from my current employer to attend training's and meetings and it valid till 2019
Now my prospective employer is sponsoring me Tier2 general VISA (restricted CoS)
my question is - I hope UKBA wont have any objection to stamp my Tier2 General, whilst I have my valid business visa
Please clarify?

Also, my prospective employer applied for restricted CoS 3 weeks ago, and they taken Residential Work Labour Test - so how long it takes for them to get the CoS

By 'business visa' I assume you mean a 'business visitor visa'?

If yes, it should not be an issue, different visas and different rules.

So if my Tier 2 General gets stamped, then my business visitor visa will be voided? (as it have validity till Nov 2019)
