Tier 2 ICT Long term staff partner , 6 months

Hi - I am in ICT tier 2 long term visa, my BRP end date is 14th Jlu 2018.

I have applied staff pertner long term visa for my dependents. While filling up the online form I had submitted " Intendent to stay in uk=6 months".

They are waiting for passport to collect.

I didn't have the information that 6 months more stay only will get BRP.

Need to know
1. whether they will get long term staff partner visa(i have paid 52k inr and ihs as well) or 6 months visitor visa.
2. Will their visa be eligible for extension along with mine.

1. I don't know what the ££ rate is you paid. Usually better to state in pound sterling. If you paid for a Tier 2 ICT visa, then that is what they should get.

2. If they get an ICT visa then yes.

Their visa should have the same expiry date as your visa.
