Applying passport on same day as ceremony

Hi everyone
Not sure if this has been asked before but I applied naturalisation without jcap and I have my ceremony on Wednesday. Do you think it's a good idea to apply for my passport on the same day as soon as I receive my naturalisation certificate or would it be better to wait till council informs HO and they inform HMPO.
If so how long do you recommend To wait

You can apply on the same day.

It is only for JCAP that the council informs HO about ceremony so that HO acn inform HMPO. Thus is not relevant to your circumstances.
