3rd fresh application after AR rejection

I need urgent help...

November 2015-Student visa expired (masters finished)
November 2015- tier 2 premium service applied(kept my documents)
February 2016- rejected(sponsor revoked)
Within 14 days AR applied
April 2016- AR rejected
Within 14 days Further leave to remain others applied followed by varing LR, FP. None file got rejected.

I got married in india in February 2015.
I called my husband in uk in jan 2017 on tier 4 to do masters.
JAN 2017 Varied application pbs dependant

My husband came to uk to surprise me in July 2016 on visit visa.
PBS dependant got rejected saying ‘ my Husband mentioned in his visit visa marital status as a single in 2016 July when he came on visitor visa. They don’t consider the period July 2016-jan 2017 we had any marital relations.
Applied for AR requesting them to provide all cohabitation documents but they have rejected on 21st November 2017 saying no further evidence will be accepted.

My question is can I make again a fresh application now providing all documents? I can even get the affidavit from a person who filed my husband’s visitor form and made a mistake filling marital status.

After I got married, I and my husband have mentioned in all application married except his visit visa(human error). I have all proofs like pictures, face book, face time calls to prove that we has marital relation from the date I got married to now.

Will my application be accepted as if I apply, this will be my 3rd fresh application. If it is accepted and approved, will it affect my ILR 10 years route.i have more 2 years to complete 10 years in the country.

Yes my last previous application was Student dependant which got rejected. Even AR got refused. Now I want to resubmit to with all evidences where they have a doubt but I am not sure if I can apply as this will be my 3rd fresh application.

I am sorry in advance all Experts for being impatient but today is the last day to apply if I have any chance. I already emailed home Office to leave the country voluntary and gave them tickets of this Monday 4th december. So if there is any chances to make application then I have to apply and inform them today.
Your prompt response will be highly appreciated and save my 8 years.
