Mental health/ naturalization

Post by Shiva00007 » Fri Dec 01, 2017 11:37 am

Hi
The topic is about My mother's application for naturalization. We applied for her application to be exempted because she has mental illness schizophina , memory loss problem, high Anxiety and depression. The GP filled out the excemption form from home office website but they returned it and wanted more detail from her illness. We requested the GP the write another and send another letter explaining more about her illness but they returned it again and need more information on how she was diagnosed and where and how it prevents her from taking life in uk test.
The doctor is not saying on the letters she is unable to take the test due to these difficulties.
Home office has given time until 12 Dec to prove it.
I am really confused and don't know how and what to do? Could you please help us to sort this issue out?
Thanks

If you are claiming exemption due to various illness, HO usually expect to see detailed information from all NHS services involved to verify it is a genuine claim.

How old is your mother?
