Urgent help needed before Monday reporting :(

Hi guys,

Just made an account today, Friday afternoon we got a letter saying our appeal to the upper tribunal has been rejected. I made an appointment to go to the solicitors after reporting at Beckett House this coming Monday. I've been reading everywhere though, saying it's so risky to go report without anything pending. Since we received the decision on Friday, what are my course of action?

It would help if you gave a history of what you applied for, what visas you have held, what you appealed and why it was refused etc. Or should we guess??

Hey thanks for replying, so it's my and my parents and we've been rejected based on failing to integrate. Case has been going on for 9 years back and forward we won twice and the HO appealed it but we lost our last case at the first tier. We have been refused permission to appeal this decision by the first tier tribunal. Letter was received Friday, just how risky is it to go reporting tomorrow? So far we've been reporting for one year and nothing happened but as of Friday nothing is pending so we're really worried.

I have been reporting nearly a year without any application Pending so i don't think they will detain you on Monday, i dont even think they court/HO infroms the reporting centre yet so don't worry, have they got your passport? if yes thats gonna make easy for them to detain you or deport you, good luck dont worry God willing you will be fine
