ILR 10 Years

i need help please.
my current visa expires in March 2018 and i will be 10 years in the UK in September 2018.
can i apply for ILR in February ?
or what is my best option.

No you can't apply for 10 years based long residence -ILR in february and you have to either extend your previous visa or switch into another visa category.
