SET (M). Section 8B - Should i fill in? Urgent

Post by funkylen007 » Mon Dec 04, 2017 2:09 pm

Hello Folks,

I came into this country in Tier 1 in 2009 and got ILR in 2015 and citizenship in 2015.
My wife joined me in Nov 2012 as Tier 1 depended and in Jan 2017 extended her Tier 1 dependent visa. Now, she is eligible for ILR.

I am applying as partner of British citizen SET(M) as her current visa was provided (Jan 2017) after I settled in UK.

I am able to meet minimum income threshold as Self Employed - IT contract
While filling in SET M form, there is section 8B. The before question i filled in as Yes, in 8.4 and it requested to proceed to Section 8C.
or.

Any inputs please?

Cheers,
Len.
