Once you have ILR if you are married to a British citizen.If so then when can I apply my citizenship?
Yes, ILR and you can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date you ENTERED the UK in 2013 (you don't state what date that was).
If this is the date you arrived in the UK and not the visa start date, you can apply for ILR within 28 days before 13th March 2018.13-03-2013

If you applied for the spouse visa WITHIN the UK in 2013, then you can still only apply within 28 days before 13th March 2018.
